Ask Dave what his specialty is since joining Providence Home Lending in 1998, and he’ll tell you it’s helping people buy homes and properties with little money down, or what he calls being a “purchase specialist.” Otherwise, he’s busy showing people how to meet their financial goals through refinancing their single most valuable asset: their home. Dave went to West Bend High School and earned his degree at Northwestern College in Watertown, Wisconsin.
